A 100% eco-powered Mediterranean-style estate set on two acres of jungle land, Kima Tulum is truly one of regions best kept secrets. Just remote enough to feel like you’re worlds away from the bustle of Tulum, but close enough for everything you need, the estate is available exclusively for private use and sleeps up to 11 people. Not your typical Airbnb, the villa owners and staff live onsite to maintain the grounds, prepare daily breakfast and arrange catering upon request. They are also hands on with respect to concierge services such as onsite massages, cooking classes, yoga and more.

WHY WE LOVE IT

While Tulum certainly has its charms, we love that this modern finca sits off the beaten path, just far enough from the action for a little R&R. In addition to being eco-powered by solar panels and water heaters, all of the building materials used to construct the retreat are locally sourced including indigenous, reclaimed woods and stone quarried on site.

Kima Tulum is located just off the grid, nestled into the jungle and just a short drive from the beach and the laid-back vibe of Tulum Town.
