The hotel is backed by the surrounding Sierra de la Laguna mountain range which is popular for both hiking and mountain biking (there are trails leaving directly from the hotel property). 20 minutes south of San Cristobal you’ll find Playa Cerritos, a popular surf beach for beginners and experts alike.
